When prêt won't do it, the atelier still takes a few private commissions a year. Every commission begins with a 20-minute call with Ketki — measurements taken in Melbourne, or by tape over WhatsApp if you are further afield.

One or two atelier notes a month — what is on the loom, who is making it, when it leaves Melbourne. Never a sale email. No spam, ever.
The spread is small enough to read end to end. Refining is for the day you know exactly what you came for.
